The Pantry was opened early in 2024 and has proven a great asset to the business. We now have a hygiene certified (5 star!) space where we can produce lovely ferments, preserves and pickles from the excess produce we have. Gluts of tomatoes and apples in the summer can become chutney, the inevitable explosion of cucumbers will become pickles and the long wait for the chillies to ripen will become our legendary fermented chilli sauce 😀
We are off grid up here at the Pingle so all our products are solar powered making them some of the lowest carbon footprint products ever!
